Friends of Unity Christmas in July
7/10 KOTM A Berry Wreath is in the spotlight!
My first wreath is showing the traditional holly-type. I imagined this to be an old door, a cabin wall or even the side of a barn. I used Nuvo dew drops to bring dimension to each berry.
#1
Next is a not so traditional but loved Silver and blue combo. Embossing made everthing shine and made coloring the berries with alcohol markers easy. I used a grab bag sentiment.
#2
Lastly, I wanted to challenge myself to make a vintage looking Christmas Card with gold as my focus color. I embossed and then used Tim Holtz distress inks with a blending tool. Embellishments are SU. I used another grab bag sentiment here.

Oh Jeanie!! All 3 of your cards are equally pretty! Love them!
ReplyDeleteI live all three of your cards, but the blue & silver one is definitely my favorite!
ReplyDeleteVery cute cards, Jeanie! Love all 3 designs!
ReplyDeleteJeanie the cards all all fantastic...so picking a favorite is hard. But I think I like the effect of the vintage 3rd one the best, which is funny because I don't normally go for vintage. But I love the warmth of the background and the pop of color on the wreath.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards, Jeanie! I have a serious love of wreaths... and your cards are each so stunning! Love love love!!
ReplyDeleteAll your cards are wonderful, but I am very non traditional and will “vote” for the silver and blue. Hmmm, now to see if I have this kit. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI love a stamp that can be used in many 'looks' - well done
ReplyDeleteJeanie, love all of these! Love how you did the vintage one! They are all beautiful! My favorite is the silver and blue.
ReplyDeleteI can't choose...I love them all...but the 3rd is probably my most favorite, but I love the first one too with the red. Just lovely....all of them.
