April Showers!
Who is happy that spring is here? Spring means the return of so much; flowers, birds chirping, color and warmth.
Unfortunately we must deal with the spring rain; No Rain No Flowers!

It just seemed natural to grab my watercolor pallet for this months theme. I turned the watercolor paper upside down washing and dragging down the water. Then added blue color fading it out. This resulted in lighter color at the top when turned right side up. I used the same blue to watercolor the tiny butterflies.
I used Spectrum Noir markers to color 2 of the stamped flower and then cut them out layering them on top of each other. Dimentionals helped pop up the layers.
Nuvo dew drops are as right as rain on the petals.
The sentiment is embossed on top of blue water colored paper stapled on top of eye pulling washi.
The translucent ivory ribbon adds some softness and balance while reminding us of the gift of spring!
